Please see the information below about the new Hometown Hero Camp Card Sale.  

The CAMP CARD sale is designed to help Scouts earn their way to summer camp and day camp programs. Units will earn 50% commission on each $5.00 Camp Card sold. Last year, more than $190,000 of commission went back to the units from sales.

Hometown Hero Camp Card Sale

Dear Unit Leader:

We hope this email finds you and your Scouts well.  As you are aware, the Camp Card Sale was put on hold due to the COVID-19 virus.

As our Scouts and units count on the Camp Card Sale to earn money for their many great Scouting adventures, we have added an on-line “Hometown Hero Camp Card” feature to the sale.

Scouts and Unit Leaders will be able to invite friends and family to purchase camp cards via email or social media. They will provide the customer with a link, along with their name and unit # to make the purchase.

The cards purchased will  be given out as “Thank You’s” to our local Hometown Heroes, the essential workers in our community at the end of the Camp Card Sale. All cards purchased in the Black Mountain South Area will be given to essential works in that area.  $2.50 of every $5 donated will also go towards your Scout unit.
