All Recharters and Payments must be completed and physical copies handed in no later than
November 18, 2023!!


  • October 2, 2023 – Internet Recharter Opens
  • October 28, 2023 – Finalize membership Inventory.
  • November 1, 2023 – Update internet Recharter Roster
  • November 15, 2023 – Final Review/Submit Recharter
  • November 16, 2023 – Confirm Chartered Organization Representative approval and print charter renewal.
  • November 18, 2023 – Hand in All printed paperwork to council office (see below “Recharter Paperwork to turn in”)

Logging In

Units can directly access the system through Internet Advancement.  Unit Key 3 members (Committee Chair, Chartered Organization Representative, and Key Leader) will automatically have access to the recharter system.  If someone outside of the Unit Key 3 will be completing the recharter process, then the unit will need to assign them as a Unit Key 3 Delegate.

Recharter Turn in Process – We will ask that all charters be complete and submitted online, printed, and handed in by November 18 (Pancakes for Paperwork Day at the Scout Office). Commissioners and staff will review all recharter packets and units will receive information as to whether their recharter is complete and can be processed or whether it has defective items that still need to be resolved with a deadline date for item that needs to be resolved.
